Desk Broker Consultant (3 month Marketing Assistant training first before the Desk Broker Consultant will assume his/her position)
Responsibilities
•Service the maximum number of IFAnet Product Provider contracts per calling point.
•Submit the maximum number of new business applications per serviced contract.
•Manage the relationship with the IFA and his staff on an ongoing basis, by ensuring the sales process, administration efficiency and interaction with PP’s is well structured.
Position Requirements
•Grade 12 or equivalent.
•RFP2 equivalent, or 3 year’s appropriate and relevant successful experience.
•Successful track record in the “Broker Services” sector of the Life Insurance Industry.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Methodical and able to prioritise responsibilities.
•Enjoy a risk and reward environment.
•Excellent soft skills a necessity.
